Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 4, 2026
NFLS Digital LLC develops and operates its own software products, licensed to business customers on subscription. All services are delivered electronically, with no physical goods or cash handling.
This policy covers two different kinds of processing, and the rules that apply to each are different:
- Part A — this website. Personal information you give us directly, for example through our contact details. Here NFLS Digital LLC is the data controller.
- Part B — Fadula. Personal data we handle on behalf of business customers who use Fadula, our messaging-based booking and customer-response service. Here NFLS Digital LLC is a data processor and the client business is the controller.
Part A — This Website
A1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you choose to provide when contacting us, including your name, email address, phone number, and message details. We may also process limited technical data required to operate and secure our website and services.
A2. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, operate our services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations.
A3. Legal Basis and International Operations
We process information where necessary for legitimate business interests, contractual needs, legal compliance, or with consent where applicable. Because we operate internationally, data may be processed in jurisdictions different from your own, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
A4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that support our operations, and with authorities when required by law.
A5. Data Retention
We retain personal information submitted through this website only as long as necessary for operational, legal, and compliance purposes.
Part B — Fadula (Processing on Behalf of Business Customers)
B1. Our Role
Fadula (fadula.com) is a messaging-based booking and customer-response service that NFLS Digital LLC licenses to business customers — restaurants, hospitality businesses, salons and appointment-based studios. It operates on the client business’s own WhatsApp Business number, using the WhatsApp Business Platform.
For each client business, NFLS Digital LLC acts as a data processor: the client business is the controller of its own customers’ data, and we process it only on that client’s instructions. We do not use this data for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles or market to a client’s customers.
B2. What We Receive Through WhatsApp
When a person messages a business that uses Fadula, we receive and process, on that business’s behalf:
- the content of messages exchanged between that person and the business;
- the person’s WhatsApp phone number;
- the person’s WhatsApp profile name;
- message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status;
- booking details the person provides — date, time, party size, and any notes they choose to share, which may include dietary or accessibility requirements.
B3. Why We Process It
Solely to deliver the service the client business has asked for: answering questions on its behalf, taking and confirming bookings, sending reminders and confirmations, escalating a conversation to the business’s own staff when a person is needed, and producing activity reports for that business. We also process it as needed to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
B4. Separation Between Clients
Each client business’s data is logically isolated. One client cannot access another client’s conversations, customers or bookings, and we do not pool data across clients.
B5. Retention and Deletion
- Conversation data. Messages exchanged with a business’s customers, together with the customer’s phone number and WhatsApp profile name, are retained for 90 days after the last message in that conversation, then automatically deleted or irreversibly anonymised. This runs daily and is not dependent on the client’s subscription status.
- Booking and order records. Reservations and orders are retained for 24 months so that businesses keep their own commercial records.
- Deletion on request. A customer may ask the business, or us, to delete their data. Requests are executed immediately and confirmed within 30 days (15 days for clients in Brazil).
- On termination. When a client’s subscription ends, their data is deleted within 30 days.
B6. Sub-Processors
To deliver Fadula we rely on a limited set of sub-processors, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, the messaging platform provider through which messages are sent and received, and providers of the language-model technology that generates replies. Sub-processors are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. Client businesses may request our current sub-processor list at the address below.
B7. Exercising Your Rights in Relation to Fadula
If you are a customer of a business using Fadula: that business decides what data it holds about you and is the data controller. Contact the business directly to access or delete your data. You may also write to us at privacy@nflsdigital.com and we will act on the business’s instructions and forward your request to them.
If you are a business using Fadula: you are the data controller for your customers’ data and NFLS Digital LLC is your data processor. For data-protection questions, requests on behalf of your customers, or a copy of our processing terms, contact privacy@nflsdigital.com.
Applies to Both Parts
C1. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain uses of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To submit a request, contact privacy@nflsdigital.com. Where we act as a processor, we route the request as described in section B7.
C2. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encryption in transit, access controls, and separation between client environments.
C3. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
