NFLS Digital LLC builds software that other businesses use to run their own customer communication. The company is the developer, host and service operator behind each product listed below.

Fadula — fadula.com

Fadula is a messaging-based booking and customer-response assistant offered on subscription to independent businesses that take reservations and appointments — restaurants, hospitality, salons and appointment-based studios, initially in Italy.

On behalf of each client business, Fadula answers recurring questions such as opening hours, availability and allergen information, takes and confirms bookings, sends reminders, and hands the conversation to the business’s own staff whenever a person is needed.

Fadula is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform. NFLS Digital LLC develops the software, operates the hosting and support, and sets up and manages the platform integration for each client business.

How the product relationship works

  • NFLS Digital LLC is the operator. The company develops, hosts, supports and bills Fadula as its own product.
  • Fadula is business software, not a venue. It is licensed to client businesses; NFLS Digital LLC does not operate the restaurants, hotels or studios that use it.
  • Clients keep their own accounts. Each client business remains the owner of its phone number, its business messaging account and its customer conversations.
  • We are a data processor. For each client business, NFLS Digital LLC acts as a data processor: the client business is the controller of its own customers’ data, and we process it only on that client’s instructions. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Onboarding and integration are handled by us. We configure the messaging integration for each client and provide ongoing technical support.
