NFLS Digital LLC develops and operates its own software products, licensed to business customers on subscription. All services are delivered electronically.

Our first product is Fadula, a messaging-based booking and customer-response assistant serving businesses in Italy that take reservations and appointments.

Our mission is to deliver dependable digital services through clear operations, professional standards, and continuously maintained software infrastructure. We focus on practical execution, responsible service management, and long-term reliability for our customers and partners.

What Fadula does

Fadula is a messaging-based booking and customer-response assistant for businesses that live on reservations and appointments — restaurants, hospitality, salons and appointment-based studios, initially serving the Italian market.

Working on the client business’s own number, Fadula answers recurring questions, takes and confirms bookings, sends reminders, and hands the conversation to the client’s staff when a person is needed. It is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which NFLS Digital LLC integrates and manages on each client’s behalf.

Our role as a software provider

NFLS Digital LLC supplies Fadula to other businesses as a subscription service. We are the technology provider; our clients remain the businesses that serve their own customers, and they retain ownership of their phone numbers, business messaging accounts and customer conversations.

For each client business, NFLS Digital LLC acts as a data processor: the client business is the controller of its own customers’ data, and we process it only on that client’s instructions. How we handle that data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
